Did you know it was Independence day for Trinidadians & Tobagodians yesterday the 21st of August. Independence was fought and obtained from the UK in 1962?

Please post any pics you have celebrating the day. It was also that of Jamaica on the 6th of August. Gaining independence in 62 as well.

Did you know it was because Jaimaica pulled out of the British sponsored West Indies Federation that encouraged Trinidad to seek independence?
